Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Pro and Unlimited plans come with a 14-day free trial. You'll need to enter a credit card, but you won't be charged until after the 14-day trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What happens when I hit my response limit?
Your widgets remain active and visible, but new responses won't be collected until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. More payment options coming soon!
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
What does "remove branding" mean?
Free plan widgets include a small "provided by Scandi.click" badge. Pro and Unlimited plans remove this branding completely.
