Scandi.click provides a feedback widget platform that allows users to create, customize, and embed interactive feedback widgets on their websites. The Service includes widget creation tools, analytics dashboards, and data collection features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Plan

Our Free plan provides limited access to the Service with restrictions on the number of active widgets and available features.

4.2 Pro Plan

Our Pro plan provides expanded access with additional widgets, custom styling, custom domains, and data export capabilities. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others
• Collect or harvest personal information without consent

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCANDI.CLICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
